食貨集經典十三香滷包，由食貨誌站長o大研究調配，以他多年前在批踢踢論壇分享的配方為基礎，再優化改良的全新配方。

精選16味高級中藥香料，每批次均通過SGS檢測，農藥與二氧化硫均未檢出。


每袋滷包（25g x 2個滷包）可製作2500cc滷水。冷滷味與加熱滷味均適用。

▋產品規格

✦ 成分：八角、花椒、山奈、高良薑、白芷、草果、砂仁、肉荳蔻、小茴香、月桂葉、肉桂皮、乾薑、甘草、丁香、陳皮、小荳蔻


✦ 包裝容量：每袋50公克(±5％)。每袋2個滷包。每個滷包25公克(±5％)。2個滷包可煮出2500毫升的滷水


✦ 萬用型滷包：牛肉、豬肉，雞肉、鴨肉、豆製品、蛋、蔬食均適用


✦ 純素可用


▋注意事項

✦ 滷包使用食品級不織布袋包裝。若使用壓力鍋與鑄鐵鍋加蓋烹煮的話，請另外套上棉布袋，避免不織布袋破裂。
