這是用午仔魚漿、赤尾青蝦漿，加上幾種澱粉做成麵糰。將麵團充分乾燥後，用膨發設備，膨發成小球，再沾麥芽糖漿，然後滾上芝麻與海苔，做成的魚麻荖。

台灣傳統習俗，過年的零食點心一定有「麻荖」（粩）。這是用芋頭加糯米做成麵糰，風乾後油炸膨發，再裹上麥芽沾上芝麻的傳統零食。你可能覺得很老派了。用魚蝦做成的麻荖，那就不一樣了。

口感酥脆，鹹鮮帶甜，非常好吃，非常刷嘴。我們每次拿到樣品，都是迫不及待一顆接一顆，快速吃完。很過癮。

這是一家專做膨發蝦餅魚餅的代工廠發明的，原本是專門代工外銷到伊斯蘭國家(因為有Halal認證)，偶而也幫一些政府部門當作特色伴手禮。並沒有自己的消費品牌。

食貨集就擔任出品商，幫大家的過年，加一道特色零食。數量有限，賣完為止。
