Description
Piri Piri是目前歐洲最強的烤肉調味風格，源自於葡萄牙的前非洲殖民地，Piri Piri原意是非洲鳥眼椒，當地人將這種鳥眼椒粉加上紅甜椒粉、大蒜粉、黑胡椒、食用油，再加入一點點檸檬汁提味，調成"霹靂醬"，用這種霹靂醬醃肉，然後作燒烤。

1970年代安哥拉與莫三比克獨立建國，當時數十萬名葡萄牙殖民者回到葡萄牙，在葡萄牙開設了無數Piri Piri燒烤店，慢慢這種調味風靡整個葡萄牙。後來歐洲有位神秘富豪投資開設了一個叫做Nando's的歐洲連鎖燒烤店，專賣Piri Piri風味的烤肉。這幾年在歐洲造成大轟動。

原本的Piri Piri很香但是很辣，我們將辣度調整到比微辣還低，辣椒只負責開胃，幾乎沒有辣勁。使用高成本的嘉一香活菌豬梅花肉片來醃製，簡單煎烤一下，連小學生都愛吃。

不只是可以炭烤，也可以用平底鍋煎，或用桌上型烤肉爐烤，除了做為中秋烤肉的一品，小包裝也很適合做為異國風格家庭料理。

我們有兩年沒有做香料烤肉了，很多朋友很懷念以前的食貨集香料烤肉，今年重新設計三款烤肉，小包裝適合家庭用，多人要吃就多買幾包，多買幾包還會多優惠。

▍食用方式

✦ 炭烤：小火烤至上色均勻即可

✦ 鍋煎：平底鍋中火煎至表面變色後1分鐘

✦ 氣炸鍋：180度預熱，5~6分鐘

✦ 成分：豬梅花肉(產地：台灣，活菌豬)、水、芥花油、海鹽、糖、檸檬汁、甜紅椒粉、辣椒粉、洋蔥粉、大蒜粉、孜然粉、黑胡椒

✦ 每包淨重：500公克（±10%）

✦ 保存方式：未開封-18°C冷凍12個月，解凍後請盡速烹調並食用完畢

✦ 本商品為生醃肉，須烹調後食用
