藻作坊的海帶芽湯是採用沖繩式海帶芽湯製法，將海帶芽長時間浸泡於調味醬油高湯中再乾燥而成，整罐都是小海帶芽團，一沖泡就舒張開來成為美味的湯與朵朵完整海帶芽。不是市售小包裝加了柴魚湯粉的便宜海帶芽湯。
 
而且真的很美味，是我們吃過最好吃的海帶芽湯。
 
這款海帶芽湯沖泡之後沒有廉價的高湯粉味，而是呈現優雅的醬油高湯風味，海帶芽的口感很好，是用高等級海帶芽製作的，可以吃得出脆脆的口感。
 
用來做簡易湯品很方便，打個蛋花進去就變成蛋花湯，也可以先汆燙好蔬菜、肉片、拉麵麵條，加進海帶芽湯裡就是醬油湯拉麵。把煮好的水餃放入海帶芽湯變成湯餃，好吃又方便。

取出3~5克海帶芽湯放入250cc熱水中靜待2分鐘後攪拌即可食用
